The Haru Shorts are designed for comfort and everyday training. Haru (하루) means “day by day” in Korean, reflecting their versatility as a sustainable pole dance bottom for practice and performance. With a flattering high-rise fit and hip shirring, these pole dance shorts provide both support and style. The wide crotch ensures secure coverage through spins, inverts and floorwork — making them an essential for pole dancing, aerial or fitness routines.

Size and Fit
  • Juhee is 157cm/61" and is wearing size S.
  • If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the shorts. They have a more fitted cut with limited stretch around the leg openings and hips, so going up a size can offer better comfort and mobility.

The texture is soft and really adapts to your Body, granting a great fit. Also the adjustable straps make it really comfortable. Plus it is great for warm temperatures and sweaty pole sessions! It stays in place. Big Love!
