Orders are typically processed within one to two business days.

All orders are shipped via Korea Post EMS Express Mail and will be delivered by your local carrier once they arrive in your country (e.g., USA: USPS, Canada: Canada Post, France: La Poste, UK: Royal Mail, Australia: Australia Post, Germany: DHL).

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of USD 150 or more. If your country is not listed, please contact us via email at info@nabipolewear.com to confirm availability.
5. Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Nabi has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Nabi cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays that arise from customs processing. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or clearance fees, Nabi will not issue a refund for the returned items. Any relevant expenses, including but not limited to round-trip shipping and customs fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, your item is reserved in advance and will ship once production is complete and ready for dispatch. Please note that if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order is available.
