Refund policy
1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the product, depending on your preference.
How to request a return: To request a refund or exchange for a damaged product, please contact us at info@nabipolewear.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will assist you with the return process.
Return shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
2. Returns for Change of Mind
Before making a return, please take a moment to consider the environmental impact. We encourage thoughtful shopping, and we're confident you'll love your purchase.
We accept returns for items you no longer want within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are not possible under the following conditions:

The product shows signs of wear or usage (such as odor, stains, makeup or cosmetic residue, loose stitching or threads, etc.)

The product has been washed or altered.

The product is not in its original condition (including packaging).

The tags have been removed.

The product has been damaged due to customer negligence.

The product is returned without prior notification.

A stretching sound occurs while trying on or wearing the polewear (this is not a defect but a natural characteristic of the fabric).

The product was purchased at a discount or received for free during an event.

The size discrepancy is within 2cm of the size chart (due to the manufacturing process, a 1–2cm difference is unavoidable).

Minor imperfections (less than 1cm) caused by the fabric’s characteristics.

Color discrepancies caused by differences in monitor settings.
How to request a return: To request a refund, log into your profile, locate the order in question, and submit a refund request. Once approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. due to transit issues or customs clearance
Return shipping: For refunds due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the product and packaging must be in resalable condition. After the return request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days of approval. If the item is not shipped within this period, the return request may be cancelled and the return may be refused.
Return shipping fee: Customers are responsible for bringing the item to the post office, paying for return shipping, and ensuring safe delivery using a trackable shipping method. The final refund amount will be calculated once we have received the returned item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund timing: It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial refunds: If the item is returned in used or damaged condition (other than defects), we may issue a partial refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
- Bra pads (for hygiene reasons)
- GRIPT Hand Chalk
- Hand & Body Pole Grip Set
- Nabi Gift Cards
- Polala Body Grip – Roll-On 100ml
5. Exchanges
At the moment, we are unable to provide exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
6. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 5 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
How to cancel your order:

Email us at info@nabipolewear.com and include your name and order number.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review the order status and confirm whether it can be canceled.

If your order is canceled and payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once you receive your items.
Exceptions: Bra pads and GRIPT chalk are final sale and are not eligible for return.
