How do I know my size?
Just follow the size guide provided on each product page. You can also refer to the model info and their measurements to get a better idea of the fit.

Are the white items see through?
Not at all! All of our items have a high-quality inner garment which does not only make the wearing more comfortable but is also 100% sheer-proof.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! Get an eco-friendly gift here! After purchase, the digital gift card will be sent via email and is valid for 1 year.
What currency will my card be charged in?
When paying by card, you can choose to be charged in your card’s currency or in KRW (South Korean Won).
Nabi is based in South Korea, which is why KRW is available.
Note: For most customers, choosing KRW (South Korean Won) offers a better exchange rate, as the conversion is handled by your bank. Exchange rates and fees may vary by card provider.
Can I pick up my order in Seoul?
Yes! Pickup is possible in Seoul. You can either pick up your item in person or have it sent to your hotel. Same-day courier delivery is also available in some areas - just contact us at info@nabipolewear.com
Where do you ship from?
We currently fulfill all orders from South Korea. Read our full shipping policy.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide with FREE shipping on orders over $150 USD. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details. If your country is not listed among the shipping destinations, feel free to contact us at info@nabipolewear.com
Are there additional fees for international orders?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Nabi has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that Nabi cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays that arise from customs processing. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. In the event that a parcel is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties or clearance fees, Nabi will not issue a refund for the returned items. Additionally, any relevant expenses, including but not limited to round-trip shipping and customs fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.
